Rakthae (operated by 9566-4819 Québec inc, trade name HuaHua Empire) is a verified dating product connecting members in Thailand with partners abroad. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Phone number (for sign-in via SMS code), profile details you choose to share, messages you send, and — only during age/identity verification — a photo or document checked once by our verification vendor. Your date of birth and verification vendor reference are stored so they cannot be read back out by client apps, ever.
How we use it
To run the matching pool, show your messages to the person you are talking with, translate messages both directions, and detect solicitation or abuse so we can act on reports.
Who we share it with
Supabase (our database host), Twilio (delivers the SMS code you receive at sign-in), Anthropic (powers in-app translation), and our age-assurance vendor (verifies you meet the age requirement). We do not sell your data.
