Eligibility and age assurance
You must be at least 18. Before your account is usable, we verify age via device signals, facial age estimation, and/or an ID document check. We never verify gender — a mismatched ID is expected and never held against you.
Your profile
We deliberately have no fields for several categories of personal detail that invite objectifying treatment. Asking another member an invasive question along these lines is a guideline violation — see the full list in our published Terms of Service.
The daily pool and messaging
Mutual matches can message each other freely, always. A like never expires. You can always read a message sent to you in full. Rakthae is currently free — no paid subscription, no in-app purchase, nothing linked to a payment.
Conduct
No soliciting money or gifts, no fetishizing or objectifying content, no harassment or impersonation, no sharing another member's real name or identifying info without consent.
Reporting and enforcement
Any member can report another's profile, message, or behavior. Reports are reviewed by staff; severe categories may restrict an account immediately. In an emergency in Thailand, call 191, 1155, 1300, or 1323.
